Nancy E. Kemner, Attorney at Law, is pleased to welcome you to the Law Offices of Nancy E. Kemner, P.A., located at 2245 Plantation Center Drive, Suite 57, Fleming Island, FL 32003, in the Village Square at Fleming Island Plantation.

Nancy brings many years of diverse legal experience to her firm.  She is a 1987 graduate of the University of South Florida, and received her Juris Doctor degree from the Stetson University College of Law in 1990.  Nancy spent the first several years of her legal career in a downtown Jacksonville firm, where she ultimately became a shareholder.  At that firm, and in later legal associations, she practiced primarily in the area of civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in matters such as personal injury, medical malpractice, and products liability.  Nancy ultimately decided to transition to a non-litigation practice where her clients enjoy the immediate benefits of her efforts, and now practices exclusively in the areas of elder law, wills, trusts, estate planning, guardianship, Medicaid planning, and nursing home law/patients rights.

Nancy is a member of the Florida Bar, and is also an inactive member of the State Bar of Nebraska.  She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and is admitted to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court. She currently serves as a member of the Education Law Committee of the Florida Bar. 

Nancy is a resident of Fleming Island Plantation, where she lives with her husband and three children.  She enjoys Jaguars football, playing golf, and watching her kids participate in local youth sports.
